Wednesday 05. December 2012 - Staples, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.11 per share.

The dividend is payable on December 21, 2012, to shareholders of record on December 14, 2012.
