United Stationers Board Increases Regular Dividend

Thursday 18. October 2012 - United Stationers Inc. (NASDAQ: USTR) announced today that its board of directors has declared a $0.14 per share dividend payable on January 15, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 14, 2012.

This is an increase of $0.01, or 8%, compared to its prior-quarter dividend.
