Virtual Systems and TEC Mailing Solutions announce new partnership for seamless online mail processing

Friday 28. September 2012 - New mailing module and Midnight Print MIS partnership to be showcased at Graph Expo 2012

Virtual Systems Corp., a leading-edge developer of cloud-based business management and e-commerce solutions for the printing industry, is set to unveil the 2.0 release of its next-generation Print MIS platform named Midnight at Graph Expo 2012 in October. The new version of Midnight features an all-new mailing module called Midnight Mail Preparer, powered by TEC Mailing Solutions.
The new Midnight Mail Preparer module offers online mail presorting and data hygiene tools, which can be setup to allow customers to process files themselves online. Unlike traditional presort software, all elements of the mailing module, including the presort and data hygiene tools, are completely cloud based. This means you can launch it instantly, access it anywhere, and there are no servers or network elements to be purchased and maintained. The partnership also anticipates future options for fully automating mail processing for repeat jobs that are initiated from within the Midnight system.
“The way we supply mailing services is about to change radically” said Chris Huber, president of Virtual Systems Corp. “After several discussions with TEC Mailing’s president, Brian Euclide and exploring together the merits of store-fronting specific mailing processes, it was clear that we have a lot in common, the least of which is our investments in the cloud environment.”
He continued, “What I value the most about the partnership with TEC Mailing Solutions is their willingness to invest along side of their partners and be creative with designing progressive solutions to fit a changing industry. With Virtual Systems rich history and footprint in the mailing industry, we want to be on the front side of this wave. That means moving forward, making decisions, and making investments on projects that are bold and outside of the traditional methods.
“I’m confident that Virtual Systems customers will appreciate the work we have put into the new Midnight Mail Preparer because it will allow them to ‘productize” and monetize their data service offerings in new ways.”
In addition to creating new opportunities to win business, cloud-based mail processing storefronts also can reduce internal costs at the same time by eliminating data entry points and putting the customer in control Added Huber, “In reality we still have yet to see the full range of applications for this new approach. So clearly the best is yet to come. I think companies will be impressed with the ease of use and sophistication of the Midnight Mail Preparer storefront and will quickly see how they can attract new business.”
