New vehicle graphics for Hybrid van
Wednesday 19. September 2012 - Hybrid recently entrusted its somewhat unassuming (and unbranded) LWB Iveco delivery van to wrap experts M C Signs (UK) Ltd. Receiving back an impressively liveried and professional looking vehicle, it's safe to say we weren't doing ourselves justice by delivering Mimaki hardware up and down the country with no graphics on one of our vans, so are glad we approached our design agency for inspiration.
UV Creative (who handle all Hybrid’s design and advertising requirements) looked at our and Mimaki’s current image library and utilised abstract images to show off the print qualities of M C Signs (UK) Ltd’s JV33 printer. The combination of digital print and cut vinyl (c/o their Mimaki CG-FX) very cleanly gets the message across, so now, fellow motorists can benefit from an attractive van next to them in the traffic jam and customers can easily identify us when we turn up on site.
The project was led by Hybrid’s marketing intern Alex Lane who briefed and co-ordinated Paul Adams and his team at UV Creative alongside Matthew Cooke and his staff at M C Signs (UK) Ltd. The huge graphics files were printed using Mimaki SS21 ink on Amari supplied Mactac vinyl, before being overlaminated and applied to the van in M C Signs (UK) Ltd’s 60ft vehicle bay.
