Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 32 Cents per Share

Friday 14. September 2012 - The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 32 cents per share, payable October 30, 2012, to shareholders of record on September 28, 2012.

This marks the 404th consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
