RR Donnelley Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

Friday 20. July 2012 - R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share.

The dividend is payable September 4, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 10, 2012.
