Stora Enso introduces a new Service Offer for sales of Ensocoat and Ensocoat 2S boards
Tuesday 22. May 2012 - Ensocoat and Ensocoat 2S, the premium packaging boards for demanding end uses from Stora Enso, will soon have improved availability through the new Stora Enso Service Offer. The key objective of the new concept is to ensure flexibility and speedy deliveries, in order to assure fast deliveries when customers need it.
The new Service Offer is created to highlight the different options available to our customers with a selection of different service packages. “We have rethought our service concept and believe this will enhance our total offering to a perfect combination of service and value”, explains Jonas Pettersson, Sales Director of Stora Enso Graphical Boards.
The new Service Offer consists of three alternatives launched for custom sheet sizes of Ensocoat and Ensocoat 2S.
1. The Economizer(TM) targets a 20 working day delivery time for full truck loads. This is offered without a surcharge.
2. The Rapid Link(TM) targets max 5 working days + transport time from our central European Sheeting Service Centers located in Luebeck and Baienfurt. This option carries a 50 EUR / t surcharge
3. The Express Delivery Promise(TM) option enables a max 5 day delivery from order. This option carries a 200 EUR / t surcharge.
The new service concept will be first introduced in France from the beginning of June 2012, and rolled out to other Central European markets by the end of this year. Speedier deliveries are risk-free; if confirmed delivery date is not reached, possible surcharges are paid back in full.

Laser-codability introduced to Stora Enso board brands
Recently, Stora Enso board brands for folding-box uses have been enhanced by changing their surface coating so that laser coding is possible; this is a critical feature for package producers, whenever there is a need to provide the packages with information on e.g. the “to be consumed before” date of the product or product traceability, critical in e.g. pharmaceutical packages.

Welcome to take the Stora Enso Tour 2012
Stora Enso’s versatile selection of different graphical and packaging boards are “in action” at Drupa 2012. They are being used for demanding printing and converting demonstrations at some fifteen exhibition stands in Drupa 2012.
