RockTenn Announces Dividend

Monday 02. May 2011 - RockTenn today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.20 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 2011.

The dividend, which will be paid on May 23, 2011, represents an annual dividend rate of $0.80 per share.
