Schawk, Inc. Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend

Monday 07. March 2011 - Schawk, Inc. (NYSE: SGK), a leading provider of brand development and deployment services, enabling companies of all sizes to connect their brands with consumers, today reported that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on March 31, 2011, to Schawk, Inc. Class A common stockholders of record as of March 15, 2011.

This will be the 135th consecutive dividend paid by Schawk, Inc. and its predecessor company.
