ITW Directors Declare Quarterly Dividend

Monday 14. February 2011 - The board of directors of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.34 cents per share or $1.36 cents per share on an annual basis.

This dividend will be paid on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 to stockholders of record Thursday, March 31, 2011.
