CPI Corp. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Friday 11. February 2011 - CPI Corp. (NYSE: CPY) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a first quarter cash dividend of 25 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid on February 28, 2011 to shareholders of record as of February 21, 2011. As of February 9, 2011, CPI had 6,978,501 common shares outstanding.
