Monday 31. January 2011 - Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd. announces that a meeting of its Board of Directors held on January 17, 2011 has officially decided matters that were undetermined in the "Notice of Establishment of New Company and Planned Corporate Split, with Revision of the Articles of Incorporation (Change of Trade Name and Business Purpose) Due to Adoption of a Holding Company Structure" announced on May 17, 2010. Details are as follows.

Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd. announces that a meeting of its Board of Directors held on January 17, 2011 has officially decided matters that were undetermined in the “Notice of Establishment of New Company and Planned Corporate Split, with Revision of the Articles of Incorporation (Change of Trade Name and Business Purpose) Due to Adoption of a Holding Company Structure” announced on May 17, 2010. Details are as follows.
Changes to representative directors of Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. will be disclosed simultaneously in the separate release “Announcement of Changes to Representative Directors (Chairman and President)” in more detail.
Matters changed from the “Notice of Establishment of New Company and Planned Corporate Split, with Revision of the Articles of Incorporation (Change of Trade Name and Business Purpose) Due to Adoption of a Holding Company Structure” (announced on May 17, 2010).
