Tuesday 30. November 2010 - Neschen's new TA 3 table dispenser offers more safety and comfort in book repair

Neschen AG have improved their cutting device for the processing of book protection films in terms of safety and handling. The new model of the table dispenser for Neschen’s adhesive tapes now comprises a protective bar. The increased distance between the cutting blade and the roll holder also provides for more comfortable unrolling and easier separation.
“The TA 3 table dispenser is a stable device for single-sided adhesive book protection films,” said Anja Borschke, Product Manager Documents at Neschen AG in Bückeburg. “This now allows to process rolls up to eight centimetres wide. The new protective bar also minimizes the risk of injury.”
The new device can hold two narrow rolls of Neschen’s book protection film: on one side with a width of up to six and on the other of up to eight centimetres. In the improved version, the new table dispenser is also suitable for the filmoplast T repair tape.
filmoplast T – Auto-adhesive coloured textile fabric
Neschen provides the flexible textile fabric filmoplast T, which is perfectly suited for the rejuvenation of worn book spines, in eight colours. It can also be used for easy repair of board games, e.g. by pasting up their backsides. The colours of filmoplast T will not fade, and the fabric ideally adapts to the contours of the book. The adhesive will neither dry out nor bleed through and is ageing-resistant. For easy positioning, the silicone paper is imprinted with a two-centimetre-wide square pattern.
