Thursday 25. November 2010 - New "Closed" Ink System Will Increase Productivity, Decrease Maintenance, While Remaining Low Cost

Today Equipment Zone introduced the new EZ Bag Ink System for its Veloci-Jet XL Digital Direct-to-Garment Printer and for several other printer models. The new ink system is a “Closed System” which increases productivity and decreases time spent performing maintenance while still keeping ink costs low.
One way the EZ Bag Ink System increases productivity is by providing an extremely consistent ink laydown. Sensitive prints that may have required printing at a slower speed or at a higher resolution with another ink system can often be printed at a higher speed because the EZ Bag Ink System can lay down so much ink without experiencing ink starvation.
The EZ Bag Ink System is available for Equipment Zone’s Veloci-Jet XL Direct-to-Garment Printer, as well as the Fast T-Jet 1 and 2, DTG Kiosk, and other printer models. The system completely replaces the existing “open” bulk system on those models. Included with the system is a new set of cartridges, wide diameter ink lines for increased ink flow, a stainless steel shelf for holding the ink bags, and a set of airtight fittings to connect the ink bags with the ink lines.
As a “Closed System”, the EZ Bag Ink System is not open to the air like a standard bulk system.
Installation is simple and only takes a few minutes. Cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and white ink bags are available.
