The new 80-page-Lithoman IV began production as planned on 5 of July. The machine is the 24th web-offset press at Mohn media and is mainly used for the production of brochures. “With its extraordinary width of 2.25 m and a cylinder circumference of 1,190 mm the machine is extremely well suited for these products”, says Roland Witte, Head of Production and Technology at Mohn media. For the first time the new “Ecoset” dryer developed by Contiweb is in operation, making the production process even more environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
