Change in the Supervisory Board of technotrans AG

Wednesday 22. September 2010 - With effect as of Oktober 21, 2010 Joachim Voss, Managing Director der WestLB AG, Düsseldorf, has decided to stand down as a member of the Supervisory Board of technotrans AG.

Mr. Voss belonged to the Board since 1996. The members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board thank Mr Voss for fourteen years of constructive support and involvement, initially in his capacity as member of the Advisory Council and then, following the initial public offering in 1998, as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of technotrans AG.

For the period remaining until the next Shareholders’ Meeting in May 2011, by recommendation of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board the local court is to be requested to appoint Dieter Schäfer (58), amongst others former Member of the Board of Management of IWKA Aktiengesellschaft, Karlsruhe, to the Supervisory Board. It is planned to have this appointment confirmed by the next Shareholders’ Meeting.
