Bemis Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Friday 30. July 2010 - The Board of Directors of Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE:BMS) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 23.0 cents per share.

The dividend is payable September 1, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2010.
