manroland and WIFAG call off negotiations

Wednesday 14. April 2010 - manroland AG and WIFAG have agreed to call off negotiations aimed at manroland AG acquiring WIFAG.

It was not possible to harmonize the interests of both parties. However, manroland and WIFAG remain open for cooperation on a technical level.
