Ad hoc release: Board of Management of technotrans AG

Friday 19. March 2010 - technotrans AG has today parted company with Norman Sack by mutual agreement. Mr Sack has resigned from the company's Board of Management with immediate effect.

The divisions for which Mr Sack was responsible will temporarily be supervised by the other two Board of Management members, Henry Brickenkamp and Dirk Engel.
