World Color Press Inc. Declares Dividend on Class A Preferred Shares

February 2010 - Worldcolor (TSX:WC)(TSX:WC.U) - On January 25, 2010, the Corporation declared a dividend in respect of its Class A Preferred Shares in the amount of US$0.38568662 per Class A Preferred Share, payable on February 5, 2010 to the holders of record of Class A Preferred Shares as at the close of business on January 25, 2010, for an aggregate payment of US$4,821,082.75 and representing the preferential cash dividend accrued on the Class A Preferred Shares for the period from July 21, 2009 to November 14, 2009.
