Royce Photo/Graphics Supply Completes New Distribution Center Partnership means enhanced services for FUJIFILM customers
Wednesday 13. January 2010 - Royce Photo/Graphics Supply, Inc., a leading provider of imaging technology products and services to business, government and education, today announced their move to a new distribution and technical support center.
“Throughout the planning process, we focused on increasing our efficiencies
and our capabilities to provide an even higher level of support and service
to customers who depend on Royce as their source for uninterrupted product
delivery and superior technical service and support,” said Roger Bland,
president of Royce Photo/Graphics Supply.
Located in Salt Lake Citys Pioneer Square Business Park (1795 Fremont
Drive), the 38,000 sq. ft. building includes a high-tech classroom and
training center, expanded demonstration and conferencing facilities,
internal loading docks, a high-volume fireproof, blast and spill containment
chemical storage room, an equipment preparation and rebuild area along with
a number of additional innovations. Green building principles were
extensively used throughout.
Thanks to an exclusive partnership between Royce Photo/Graphics Supply and
FUJIFILM, Royce has been providing customers with the newest technologies
and solutions as well as exceptional customer service for more than 25
years. Bland says the new distribution and technical support center will
enhance and strengthen those services and is an example of the level of true
customer commitment by both Royce and Fujifilm.
“It exceeds all of our original expectations,” he said, crediting the hard
work and shared input from everyone at Royce that went into the design and
completion of the new facility.
“The feedback we have received from our customers, vendors and employees has
been overwhelming. They recognize and welcome the nature and importance of
this very significant and long term commitment to their continued success,”
said Matthew Miller, vice president of Royce.
