New LASERPRO clichés now available

Wednesday 30. December 2009 - We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new LASERPRO laser etched clichés (aka laser marked pad printing plates) that are universal in application and can be used with all types of ink cups and doctor blade systems. These LASERPRO clichés can be laser cut/ processed with either a CO2 or YAG type of laser unit for manufacturing your own laser processed pad print clichés in-house.

These LASERPRO printing plates are brightly colored with a hardened teal green surface and overall plate thickness is 0.5mm, which is the same as our industry standard thin steel clichés that are traditionally chem-etched here at Deco Tech. Our new LASERPRO clichés are precision coated with a proprietary polymer based material that is laser cut off during processing, leaving a precision etched image that is cut down to the steel plate surface. The etch depth can be varied by adjusting the power of your laser plate processing equipment and these clichés will work well with all major brands of laser processing equipment. LASERPRO clichés are now available from Deco Tech in unprocessed 10 packs.
