Two new ecoCLEANER systems now available

Monday 28. December 2009 - DECO TECH is pleased to announce the addition of two new ecoCLEANER models to the microPrint line of pad print washing systems. The new units were designed to fulfill the needs of both smaller companies and large companies.

The microPrint model ecoCLEANER 540 and ecoCLEANER 740 washing and recycling systems are new revolutionary cleaning systems that no longer require the use of solvent based cleaning products to clean up pad printing machine parts. Instead microPrint developed these ecoCLEANER systems to use an eco-friendly water based Ink Removing Agent (pad print ink cleaner) that can be used over and over again as the Ink Removing Agent can be recycled and filtered through a stainless steel filtration system.

These microPrint developed systems incorporate a proprietary electronic cleaning technology – which actually destroys the inks and solvents at the sub-particle level during the cleaning cycle and the inks various components (pigments, binders, resins, solvents, etc) are broken down into a powdered cake that can be safely disposed of in your local landfill without hazardous restrictions.
