KBA-Grafitec strengthens its position on the Slovak market
Monday 28. December 2009 - KBA-Grafitec, a member of the multi-national KBA group, took over the direct responsibility for sales and service of the entire KBA sheet-fed printing press lines on the Slovak market, effective immediately. This definitely brings to the end the era of dealer representation of the KBA in Slovakia.
“First of all, I would like to assure all of our clients in Slovakia that all commitments and responsibilities with respect to warranties related to existing printing presses are being assumed automatically by the manufacturer, i.e. by the KBA-Grafitec, in the same extent as specified in the original purchase or service agreements,” confirms Jan Korenc, Vice-President Marketing, Sales and Service at KBA-Grafitec.
KBA-Grafitec guarantees not only the prompt delivery of replacement parts, but above all professional customer service. Effective as of December 1, a special team consisting of experienced specialists, trained in Dobruka and Radebeul, has been formed. All Slovak customers will be provided with new contact details during the upcoming days.
The KBA-Grafitec sales team consists of experienced specialists, known to many in Slovak print industry: Tibor Nagy, sales manager for small size presses and Hynek Grebe?, key account manager for mid-size and large size printing presses.
“Despite the fact that I will be involved practically in the same activities as during the last five years, this is a new impulse for me since I will work directly for the manufacturer and represent the KBA-Grafitec in Slovakia. I am looking forward to the cooperation with colleagues in KBA-Grafitec. It is a great feeling to have the support of such a strong team,” says Tibor Nagy.
“Slovakia is an important market to us since we are close geographically but also since we have many loyal customers here who linked their paths towards success with our technologies and our long-lasting support. For these reasons, our direct entry onto the Slovak market is the next logical step. Our main objective is the improvement of customer service and strengthening of the KBA brand on the market. Having direct access to our specialists, i.e. to the manufacturer, will result in definite advantages for Slovak printers.
