Wallace Vingelis Joins Window Book as Director, Postal Industry Practice

Thursday 03. December 2009 - Window Book is pleased to announce that Wallace Vingelis has joined Window Book as Director, Postal Industry Practice. Wallace brings to our clients an additional industry expert on the creation, development and support of innovative solutions for the mailing industry.

His years of working directly with mailers and service providers on their systems, and uncovering new and creative requirements for future product revisions will serve Window Book’s clients and the Postal industry well in the coming years. Nowadays, business mailers are requiring their strategic partners to be nimble, flexible and bring innovative solutions to the table. Wallace’s extensive experience will assist Window Book in continuing to be the “go to” partner for post-presort solutions.

Wallace is responsible for supporting Window Book’s clients, as well as mailing industry customers, with Postal expertise to help implement changes to meet ever-changing
Postal regulations. He will oversee the design of innovative solutions and development
of customized technologies to promote significant cost-savings and mail-processing efficiencies.

In the five years prior to joining Window Book, Wallace was Director of Postal Product Management and USPS Affairs at Anchor Software. Before that Wallace spent twelve years at Group 1 Software in a variety of positions, including Product Manager for Domestic Presort Solutions. Wallace brings a wealth of Postal and direct mail industry knowledge, hands-on experience with management and development of products related to the U.S. Postal Service.
