Sale of the newsprint mill Norske Skog Hebei in China finally completed

Wednesday 18. November 2009 - On 24 September 2009 Norske Skog announced to have entered into an agreement with Chinese company Shandong Huatai Paper to sell the newsprint mill Norske Skog Hebei in China.

The transaction was contingent upon approval from Chinese authorities. Such approval is given and the transaction is now finally completed.
