Pearson Packaging Systems Offers End of Arm Tooling Rebuilds
Monday 21. September 2009 - Redeploying Existing Robots Creates Sustainability Solution for Secondary Packaging
Pearson Packaging Systems is pleased to announce the expansion of their current service offerings to include the support of existing Gantry and Articulated Arm Robots. This new service includes everything from providing spare parts, to designing, manufacturing and installing a new end-of-arm-tool for an existing Articulated Arm Robot or Gantry Robot for secondary packaging applications.
“Now we can offer customers the opportunity to redeploy existing robots in their current facility, regardless of make or model,” said Michael Senske, President and CEO. “This is not only a sustainable solution, but a cost effective way for customers to boost their bottom line,” he said. “Customers that have made the initial robot investment often don’t know who to call to engineer a new end-of-arm-tool when they are ready to redeploy their robot. Pearson has a department dedicated to designing and creating new robotic applications and end-of-arm-tooling. When coupling this with our long history of engineering expertise and our recent acquisition of Goodman Packaging Equipment, Pearson has additional engineering knowledge and the department depth to provide customers with these new services,” he said.
Pearson is an Authorized FANUC Robotics Integrator and one of the first members of the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork.
