Nordson Corporation Increases Dividend for Fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2009

Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq:NDSN) today announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in the companys quarterly cash dividend to $.19 per common share from $0.1825, an increase of 4.1 percent. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2009.
With this increase, Nordsons fiscal year 2009 represents the 46th consecutive year of annual dividend increases, ranking Nordson 16th among an elite group of publicly traded companies with the longest-running record of consecutive dividend increases.
