CPI Corp. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Monday 10. August 2009 - CPI Corp. (NYSE:CPY) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a third quarter cash dividend of 16 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid on August 24, 2009 to shareholders of record as of August 17, 2009. As of August 6, 2009, CPI had 7,008,085 common shares outstanding.
