ALPHA PACKAGING ADDS 1500CC BOTTLE TO LINE OF LARGE INDENTED PET ROUNDS
Tuesday 28. July 2009 - New Prototype Canister Joins Three Popular Packers with 110-400 necks
Alpha Packaging has built a prototype tool for a fourth size of Large Indented Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Rounds for nutritional powders. The new 1500cc canister joins Alphas 2000cc, 2500cc and 3000cc Indented Rounds. All four bottles are built off the same 141 gram preform and feature a 110-400 continuous thread neck; the new 1500cc botttle currently exists as a unit cavity prototype, but Alpha could build production tooling in a matter of weeks if a customer is interested in the new size.
Alphas PET Indented Rounds are ideal for large quantities of protein powders and bulk nutritional supplements. The indented label panel protects your label from scuffing during shipping and at retail, and the generous 110mm neck allows consumers to use large scoops to measure the contents.
