Friday 10. July 2009 - This lipstick case - a limited edition - is made of gold anodized aluminium.
The red dégradé results from a particular process. First of all, the case has been anodized. Then each color has been successively sprayed without any other pass on the production line. The fineness of the color gradation only depends on the angle of inclination of the sprays during the tinting process.
Once the tinting had been done, the case has been varnished in order to fix the color and make the case more shiny.
The brands monogram – MAC – has been debossed on the top of the case whereas it has been silk-screened at the base of the case.
