Dagens Media goes live on Escenic 5.0

Wednesday 24. June 2009 - First Scandinavian customer to go live on 5.0

Escenic is pleased to announce that the first Scandinavian customer, Dagens Media www.dagensmedia.se, has gone live on Escenic Content Studio 5.0. Dagens Media is one of the leading magazines in the Talentum Group, a leading media company in Finland and Sweden producing magazines, books, training and online content for professionals in different specialist fields.

Talentum’s Dagens Media is the first Scandinavian customer to use Escenic Content Studio 5.0. At the end of last month, n-tv, Germany’s 24-hour news channel, was the first customer worldwide to go live on version 5.0.

We launched a premium section called DM Plus, where subscribers are able to log in and read exclusive articles etc. Other important features are integration with social media, slideshows, improved video possibilities in the “DM Play”, as well as a range of new services. We now also have the opportunity to quickly and relatively easily develop the website with new functionalities and develop new websites. All in all, we are very happy with the successful launch of our new and improved website on Escenic Content Studio 5.0″.

Escenic Content Studio and Escenic Content Engine are used by 600 news media websites worldwide, including some of the most advanced and most visited news sites. Escenic is the core internet publishing tool for news publishers like: St. Petersburg Times, FL, Cox Newspapers, NC, Canadian Globe and Mail, UK based TimesOnline, The Sun, News of the World, The Daily Telegraph, and The Independent as well as German Axel Springer Group, Scandinavian Schibsted, Bonnier and TV2.
