Wednesday 17. June 2009 - Avery(R) Mailing Center Aligns with Stamps.com and PhotoStamps.com
Today, Avery Dennison Office Products announced the Avery(R) Mailing Center, a one-stop shop for addressing and shipping products, tools and services. The new Avery Mailing Center provides small businesses and home office professionals with quick access to the tools and resources needed for day-to-day shipping and mailing needs. Additionally, Avery Dennison has aligned with Stamps.com(R) and PhotoStamps.com(R) to offer complete Internet mailing and shipping solutions along with personalized postage through the Avery Mailing Center.
“The Avery Mailing Center offers all the resources and convenience our consumers need to easily address and ship packages and envelopes within minutes,” said Adam Bratter, director of labels marketing for Avery Dennison Office Products. “Our goal is to provide small businesses with the products, step-by-step directions and services they are eager for to help them efficiently and professionally manage a large mailing, ship a package, print postage or assist with any of their other mailing needs.”
The Avery Mailing Center includes three user-friendly sections: addressing, shipping and services. Each section is filled with product information, guides, how-to’s and tools to support mail merges, shipping projects and large mailings. The services area will also feature solutions for printing postage and creating personalized photo stamps for professional and personal purposes.
As part of the new Avery Mailing Center, Avery Dennison has partnered with Stamps.com, a leading provider of online postage and shipping software solutions, on a co-branded Desktop Postal Center service that provides a complete mailing and shipping solution. The integrated solution includes a postage software service that allows quick and easy printing of US postage right from a PC and printer, eliminating the long wait at the post office(TM).
“The challenging market conditions have forced many small businesses to identify solutions that can help them run their operations more efficiently and save money,” said Ken McBride, president and CEO of Stamps.com. “By integrating Stamps.com’s leading postage services with Avery’s professional label products, the Avery Mailing Center becomes an invaluable resource for busy and resource-stretched small businesses.”
In addition, Stamps.com’s leading customized postage product, PhotoStamps, will be available as part of the Avery Mailing Center, offering consumers and businesses a unique tool to create and personalize stamps with their favorite digital photographs, designs or images.
