Considering new bond issue

Monday 15. June 2009 - Norske Skogindustrier ASA is considering launching a new bond issue in the Norwegian bond market.

In connection with this, the company will offer to buy back bonds in the bond issue NSG16 (NO 001035542.3) subject to bondholders subscribing in the new loan.

The funds will be used for general corporate purposes. Nordea Markets and Pareto Securities have been chosen as arrangers of the new issue.
