PRIMIR SUMMER MEETING FEATURES GLOBAL PACKAGING STUDY

Wednesday 20. May 2009 - PRIMIR, the Print Industries Market Information and Research Organization, recently announced the lineup for their summer meeting in North Carolina.

Slated for July 20?22, 2009 at the Asheville Renaissance Hotel in Asheville, North Carolina, the summer meeting will feature the results from two PRIMIR research studies. Findings of the research into “Global Trends in Packaging Affecting North American Converter and Supplier Markets” will be presented from State Street Consultants and Karstedt Associates. In addition, PRIMIR members will learn the results of a study on “Global Trends in Printing & Writing Papers” from Pira International.

In addition to the two study presentations, PRIMIR attendees will also hear presentations from C. Thomas Ashley on “Emerging Technologies Impacting Print,” and from Barbara Pellow, who will talk to the group about “Short Run Packaging and Labels.”

PRIMIR hosts three to four meetings each year to provide a forum for members to network with their peers and learn the results of the latest research performed for PRIMIR. PRIMIR and NPES members, as well as prospective members, are welcome to attend the PRIMIR Summer Meeting.
