Edipresse acquires 100% of Focus Ediciones SL in Spain
Monday 18. May 2009 - Edipresse completed the purchase of the remaining 40% of the capital of Focus Ediciones (Spain) held by the original founders and minority shareholders.
This transaction was effectuated according to a shareholders agreement signed in October 2003, at which time Edipresse acquired 60% of the share capital.
Edipresse is now a 100% owner of Focus Ediciones.
