Share subscription price with TietoEnator stock options 2009 A and market value of the option serie 2009 A

Wednesday 15. April 2009 - The share subscription price for TietoEnator stock option 2009 A is EUR 8.46/share (the trade volume weighted average quotation of the share on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. during 11 February - 10 April 2009). Each year the dividend is deducted from the subscription price.

A total of 600 000 new shares or existing shares held by the Company can be subscribed for with stock options 2009 A. The share subscription period for stock options 2009 A will be 1 March 2012 – 31 March 2014.

The theoretical market value of stock options in Stock Option Plan 2009 A is EUR 3.37/stock option. The theoretical market value of the entire stock option serie is thus EUR 2 023 307. The theoretical market value of one stock option has been calculated through the use of Black & Scholes stock option pricing model with the following input factors: share price EUR 8.52, share subscription price EUR 8.46, risk free interest rate 3.12 %, validity of stock options 4.96 years and volatility 39.67 %.
