OUTPUTLINKS HONORS REINHARD HOHENSEE WITH STEWARDSHIP AWARD

Wednesday 01. April 2009 - Industry Veteran Receives Prestigious Award, for Leadership and Contributions to the Advanced Function Presentation Consortium

OutputLinks, the information and research resource of the high volume transaction output (HVTO) industry, presents the OutputLinks Stewardship Award to Reinhard Hohensee, of InfoPrint Solutions Company. The prestigious award recognizes companies and individuals, in the HVTO community, that exemplify good stewardship through the investment of their time, resources, money and/or talent.

Mr. Hohensee began his career at IBM in 1973 and is now a Distinguished Engineer at InfoPrint Solutions Company. He is honored in recognition of his vision in helping launch and lead the Advanced Function Presentation Consortium over the past five years. Under Mr. Hohensee’s leadership, the AFP Consortium has: established a global membership of 30+ leading industry vendors; set a number of industry standards; and recently established itself as an independent, incorporated nonprofit organization.

Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) is a presentation architecture and family of associated printer software and hardware that provides for document and information presentation independent of specific applications and devices.

The OutputLinks Stewardship Award is commemorated with a university Scholarship, funded by OutputLinks and administered by The Electronic Document Systems Foundation (EDSF).
