KapStone Announces Sale of Its Ride Rite(R) Business

Wednesday 01. April 2009 - KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (NASDAQ:KPPC) today announced the sale of the assets of its Ride Rite(R) business to Illinois Tool Works Inc.

Ride Rite(R) is an inflatable dunnage bag manufacturer in Fordyce, AR. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
