TRAIN TO GAIN WITH PROSKILLS
Proskills, the Sector Skills Council for the processing and manufacturing industry, will show how to get the best possible return on investment from training and developing staff. Proskills is a not for profit organisation which is dedicated to improving the skill level and effectiveness of people working in the printing industry. The free daily presentation (10.15am – 10.45am each morning in the seminar theatre) will focus on the key issues that will bring the biggest benefits to both businesses and those working in them.
Recognising that every company faces different challenges, Proskills will also offer one-to-one interviews in order to fully understand the individual printer’s training needs and offer impartial advice on how to organise and fund access training via the Train to Gain brokerage service. The interviews take only 20 minutes, take place on the Proskills stand and can be booked in advance by contacting Rachel Bowman on 01235 437916.
The seminars and presentations are all free, but spaces are limited, so visitors are advised to reserve their place by registering in advance.
