Continental AG Supervisory Board Presents List of Nominees for Annual Shareholders Meeting
Monday 09. March 2009 - Meeting on Friday in Frankfurt/Main, the Super visory Board of Continental AG, Hanover, adopted its proposals for shareholder representation to be submitted to a vote at the companys Annual Shareholders Meeting on April 23, 2009.
The nominees are:

Prof. Dr. Ing. E.h. Hans-Olaf Henkel, Honorary Professor at the University of Mannheim
Mr. Rolf Koerfer, Lawyer
