Take samples – but do it right

Zone-samplers are used for sampling all types of bulk goods, from the finest powders up to coarse grains such as corn or nuts.
To take a sample, the sampler is inserted directly into the sampling good or the container (sack, container, Big-Bag etc). The sample is taken thorough opening and closing of the sample chambers.
The zone-samplers are available as multi-samplers with several closed chambers for multi samples from several predefined sample depths and all-layer samplers for cross-section samples through all layers of the sample. The zone-samplers are also available as jumbo version with extra large sampling chambers.
Easy, fast and safe emptying of samplers is provided through the emptying device.
The zone-sampler can be placed on the stainless steel stand with attached funnels for a simple and clean emptying into separate containers. Spilling or mixing of samples from different sample chambers can now reliably be avoided.
Due to the high quality processing without edges, grooves or crevices and material such as stainless steel AISI 316 and PTFE, the products can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industry and are autoclavable as well.
Produced holes can be closed with the close-it control seal. Close-it provides a hermetic seal and sticks firmly even to surfaces coated with fine powder or slightly moist or frozen good.
Close-itfood was specially developed for use with foodstuffs. The adhesive complies with the European guidelines for foodstuffs and is suitable for all applications in which the product must not be contaminated by contact with the adhesive.
Close-it is also used for providing quality control information for example sampling date, release yes/no, etc.
