March 2009 - It is worth to point out that all the TMZ machines are entirely manufactured in Zaragoza (Spain) employing European skilled manpower and taking on the European labour and social conditions. The use of first quality materials along with their very long experience allows keeping the high quality level of the TMZ Diecutters.

The Spanish specialist TMZ will be pleased to offer their extensive range of hand fed platens and automatic diecutting machines to handle corrugated board, solid board and litho laminated packaging.

Their machines are available in various sizes, with several options, and the automatic models allow different feeding and delivery modules to meet all customers’ requirements.

During the last years the company has been mainly devoted to supply their machines to the corrugated industry, offering their very competitive range of €CO-SPRINT automatic diecutters that includes the following models: TMZ PW-145 size 105 x 145 cm. – speed 6.300 s/h, TMZ QW- 161 size 111 x 161 cm.- speed 6.100 s/h and TMZ QW-171 size 111 x 171 cm. Their programme also includes the new TMZ RW-105 €CO-VISTA size 130 x 205 cm- speed 5.000 s/h.

Thanks to their long experience, TMZ has developed a new feeding system, by vacuum, ideally suited to handle deformed sheets maintaining a high accurate front and side registration throughout the speed range. This new feeding system can also be adapted to old €co-sprint diecutters.
