Monday 02. March 2009 - IMAF company shifts its interest to the printing room, with particular care to the reduction of refluent liquid and to V.O.C. emission.

New fountain solutions, aimed to satisfy the parameters required by the customers and new washing products, especially concerning Cold-set and Heat set sectors, have been studied and FOGRA certified:

DAMPING CLEAN ROTO 2
Simplified equipment of mechanical filtering of wetting water, electronically managed, to extend the maintenance gaps in Cooling Groups of wetting solutions. This solution, continuously filtered, is kept clean without changing its characteristics.
SIMPLICIUS 110 / 40 and 310 / 40
Inverse osmosis system, electronically managed, to get checked water, according to the conductivity parameters required. Benefits to using water treated with an INVERSE OSMOSIS process are: Reduced salinity levels – better water / ink balance – absolutely no chalky limestone build-up or deposits – reduced oxidation in wetting rollers – bacteriologically pure water, therefore free of algae and moulds formation – excellent print quality – cleaner blankets surface.
Furthermore, Imaf will show Plates Developing Machines, for which production the company has stood out in the last 30 years: SLP 95 CTP for CTP thermal plates – SLP 85 / 18 for analogue plates, used on CTP BasysPrint and Lüscher systems- DLF 85 Gumming machine for AZURA plates.
