RECOVERY SOLVENT SYSTEM 5TH GENERATION – DEC.RSX5

Thursday 26. February 2009 - DEC IMPIANTI, worldwide leader in the supply of activated carbon V.O.C's treatment systems, in flexible packaging, adhesive tape, tobacco and pharmaceutical products sectors, is proud to announce the newest fifth generation of its solvent recovery systems with nitrogen regeneration technology.

The new process improves efficiency and performances reducing energetic consumptions, furthermore, the introduction of the newest ultra dehydration system DEC.UDS, assures highest solvent quality levels also in case of high humidity level or in case of complex solvent mixtures utilization.
The plants is available in both versions DEC.CBS (custom built system) or containerized DEC.SMS (skid mounted system) including expandable configuration DEC.EXR and with modular distillation systems DEC.DST, up to five columns.
The start up of the first “fifth generation unit” has been already performed, with excellent results, during Q2.2008.
All the customers who have a unit of the third or fourth generation (2000÷2007) can easily upgrade to the fifth generation process release, in order to improve performances.
Presently DEC IMPIANTI has already different 5th generation contracts with delivery foreseen for 2009/2010 in Europe, America, Africa and Middle East.
