ACOM – ADVANCED CONVERTING MACHINERY – “TAILORED” GRAVURE PRINTING PRESSES FOR FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

Acom, for tradition, believes in the development of its products through the careful analysis of the production needs of its customers.
Acom will attend the exhibition “Converflex 2009” and in its stand will be available information and documentation concerning its products and its most recent technical innovations.
Acom has developed its by now well-known machines RG Platinum and RG Excel, with a particular attention to ergonomics, quality and environmental respect.
With the aim of letting become its printing machines even more “green”, Acom has developed and launched on the market the patent pending inking system “liner/no dirty”, which guarantees:
– High quality of inking and printing systems
– Reduction of ink quantity employed
– Decrease of solvent quantity used for washing
– Reduction of the off-line times allowing a more rapid re-use of components
This assures a general decrease of the machine costs and a potential optimization of manpower employment.
For the printing cylinders handling are also foreseen special integrated solutions with robotized systems.
