Eastman Board Declares Dividend

Friday 20. February 2009 - The board of directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable April 1, 2009, to stockholders of record as of March 16, 2009.
