Meeting customer challenges in Skanem Newcastle!

One of Skanem Newcastle's oldest and most valued customers, Cumbrian Seafoods, certainly set us a challenge with the re-launch of most of their label range in January where very short lead times were set, and achieved!

Monday 16. February 2009 - One of Skanem Newcastle's oldest and most valued customers, Cumbrian Seafoods, certainly set us a challenge with the re-launch of most of their label range in January where very short lead times were set, and achieved!

One Skanem Sleeve design was received at 3:15pm one afternoon and the product delivered to site by 11:00 am the next morning! The total time from receipt of artwork to delivery from our site in Newcastle can be very short, with many new designs delivered within 2 days. Robust and focused procedures and great co-operation between Key Account Manger Billy Armitage and the Production team allows Skanem Newcastle to achieve such short times.

Delivering value to Cumbrian
Cumbrian Seafoods have been with the Skanem site for a long time, and have according to Skanem Newcastle come to expect superb levels of service and responsiveness. Their recent re-launch includes both own-brand fish and seafood labels, as well as a range for a major UK retailer. To date 20 new lines have been produced for them.
