All-Over Wrap-Around Removable Flip Pallets

Tuesday 23. December 2008 - For the ultimate in printing control, this pallet system accomplishes what none other can. Print a perfectly registered front to back design in as many colors as you want.

After printing, flashing, and cooling one side of the shirt – simply lift the shirt and lightweight pallet off of the base and flip it over. Special locators on the base insure proper positioning and registration for the backside print. Multiple machines can be employed to produce a shirt with as many colors as you want. If you have 2 – 10 color machines, you now have a 20 station printing capability. If you have an 18″ width stroke, you now have 36″ ability.  Rotating the pallet 180 degrees increases your available stroke length. The decorating possibilities are endless.
