Monday 22. December 2008 - This letter of intent is a joint release by NovaVision Software A/S (Odder, Denmark) and Clients First Graphic Arts Solution (Holmdel NJ, USA).
We wish to issue the following joint statement: Clients First Graphic Arts Solutions and NovaVision Software A/S have agreed on a partnership, in which Clients First Graphic Arts Solutions becomes a reseller and implementation partner of NovaVision and the MIS software PrintVis in the United States. The agreement gives Clients First Graphic Arts Solutions exclusive rights to sell PrintVis in the states of Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania and a non-exclusive right in all other states in the United States.
“I am very excited about this new partnership” says Channel Manager Lars Strøm Valsted (NVS), “we have wanted to enter the North American market for some time, but we wanted to find the right partner first. I believe that this partnership is the right one, and I am really looking forward to working together with Jose and his team”.
Clients First Graphic Arts Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Clients First Business Solutions, a USA based Microsoft Gold Certified partner with 7 office locations in the United States. Clients First Graphic Arts Solutions will be headed by Jose Pariente, who has an extensive background from the graphical arts industry.
Jose Pariente says “The American market ready for an ERP based MIS system like PrintVis. The combination of an industry specific software package and the worlds leading ERP package (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) enables us to offer our customers a unique solution, which covers all their business processes and which can be implemented rapidly.”
